A lift that will not lift takes the vehicle off the road, and usually with the load still on it. That is the job: get to it, work out what it is, and put it right without the vehicle sitting for a week waiting on a part nobody stocks.

We run a fleet of equipped vans and we carry genuine manufacturer parts. Not pattern parts — genuine, because a repair that voids the warranty or fails the next examination has not saved anybody money.

Tell us the vehicle, the lift and what it is doing. A photograph of the rear and the plate is usually enough for us to arrive with the right part on the van.

How quickly can you get to us?
Ring the workshop and we will tell you honestly rather than guessing on a web page. It depends on where you are and what the vans are already doing.
Do you carry parts on the van?
Yes, and the more you can tell us up front the better the odds the right one is already on board.
Do you use genuine parts?
Only. It is what keeps the warranty intact and the lift passing its examination.
Can you repair accident damage?
Yes, including work that goes through an insurer. Structural damage is usually a workshop job rather than a yard visit.
What if we are outside your area?
Our vans cover fifty miles of Bristol. Past that we are part of a network of twenty-plus dealers nationwide and can arrange cover where the vehicle actually is.
Does the lift need re-testing after a repair?
After anything structural or hydraulic, yes — it should be proved before it carries a load again. We do that at the same visit.
